Use of Our Services

Integrate our APIs into your applications as permitted by your subscription

Prohibited Uses

Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

Account Terms

Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
All activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Your account poses a security risk
Required by law or regulatory authority

Subscription and Payment

Pricing and Billing

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
Provide valid payment information
Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing cycle
Usage-based charges for API calls exceeding plan limits

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and content are owned by AICORE Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

API designs and documentation
Website design and content

Your Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We do not use your data to train our AI models without explicit consent.

Liability and Warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
The Services will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICORE TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AICORE Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
